Technology Center

The Technology Center, located in Room 204, includes a Computer Lab and Library. There are 30 Internet connected computers for hands-on, computerized instruction. A certified instructor is available at all times to assist students in the lab.

The center offers the latest versions of instructional software designed to offer students the following opportunities:

  • Improve Basic Reading, Math, and ESL.
  • Improve English and Communication Skills.
  • Review for tests, such as TABE, GED, ASVAB, ACT, COMPASS, TOEFL
  • Practice skills for Business/Computer classes
  • Study for WAGE Certificates
  • Practice Keyboarding Skills
  • Create Resumes
  • Use the internet to practice for the citizenship test

Reading Lab

Reading LabThe Reading Lab, Room 208, provides students with computer-assisted instruction in reading using the latest academic software.

All students trying to improve their reading will benefit from the programs and assistance in the Reading Lab.
